Doune Jumper Clipper
A cosy, boxy jumper in supersoft lambswool which has a traditional motif in two colours, interspersed with ‘peerie’ patters in three contrast colours. The sleeve uses only the ‘peerie’ patterns as a contrast to the busier design of the body. It is a neater fit than the unisex jumpers and sits neatly on the hips. As each item is individually made on a vintage hand-frame knitting machine, colours may vary slightly but the overall effect is similar. A coordinating Hap (in photo) or reversible Bosie is available separately.
Colourway: Clipper. A soft mid-blue with a motif in hot pink and purple and 'peerie' patterns in blues and dark purple
Care instructions: Wool is very breathable, which means less frequent washing. However, when it does need to be washed, it should be hand washed in tepid water, given a quick spin or rolled in a towel to remove excess water, and dried flat. It can be pressed with a damp cloth and gently reshaped, if necessary. Given this wee bit of care, you will be able to enjoy wearing your Whinnyfold Knitwear clothing for years to come.
