Rum and Sultana Dark Chocolate Fudge
This delicious fudge is made with sultanas soaked for 48 hours in dark spiced rum from Ice & Fire, Caithness. It is completely dairy free so everyone can enjoy it.
Ingredients : Dark Chocolate 48% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla), condensed COCONUT milk (COCONUT cream, filtered water, cane sugar, salt), dried sultanas with added Ice & Fire dark spiced rum.
Shelf life is 5 weeks from the date it is made. This batch is best before 5th June 2025.

I was lucky enough to met Deborah at a Xmas market yesterday and purchased some dark chocolate fudge with mint. WOW it is was amazing, I regret not trying other offerings. Found you on this website but you appear to be all sold out ( no surprise there ). Looking forward to you stocking up. Keep up the good work.
