Quince Fruit Butter

A delicious accompaniment to cheese or charcuterie, Quince Fruit Butter is a spreadable fruit puree made with quinces, water and unrefined sugar – and despite the name, it’s dairy-free and does not contain butter.

Similar to the classic Spanish “Membrillo” which is traditionally served with cheese, but with a softer texture and slightly fresher flavour. This is a delicious and unusual addition to a cheeseboard, and perfect for those who prefer something sweet rather than savoury to pair with cheese.
