Hedgerow Jelly

A full flavoured jelly to serve either on toast or as an accompaniment to cheese & meat. Sweet and tart flavours from a combination of hedgerow fruits & berries.

Ingredients : water, rowanberries, unrefined sugar, damsons, crab apples, elderberries, brambles, rosehips.

NB. this preserve is made with foraged wild fruit so is not certified as organic.
