Silverlines

Hi, I’m Shelley, I started making silver metal clay jewellery in 2012 as a hobby that quickly led to Silverlines being born. I handcraft my silver jewellery using nature as the inspiration for my designs. In particular I like using leaves as themes for my pieces, they are elegant, beautiful and peaceful all at the same time! There are so many different sizes and shapes of leaves that they provide an endless fascination. The texture and detail of some leaves are exquisite and I like to try and capture that in my work. I also love occasionally using natural stones or cultured pearls in my pieces and I often use oxidation to highlight my more stylised botanical designs.

I individually handcraft each piece so no two are the same. I have a great appreciation for nature and the environment so I love that I can use recycled silver and eco-friendly materials and packaging to create unique and beautiful jewellery for everyday wear.
