Hi, I'm Ingrid. I'm originally from Belgium and I have been living in beautiful Lochcarron for about 17 years.
I have always enjoyed crafting (mainly knitting and embroidery) but my career in Belgium didn’t leave me with much time for crafting.
A few years after moving to this beautiful part of the world, I got involved in a local quilting group and their passion and enthusiasm for crafts inspired me enormously. They are a very welcoming and supportive group and I will be forever thankful to them. I bought a sewing machine and started sewing, soon I was making orders for a local shop (Lochcarron Weavers Shop) and supplied a few other local shops with some of my crafts.
In 2015 I picked up crocheting again. It started as a hobby and soon became a passion.
My crafting is a great way to express my creativity, as it allows me to translate ideas and emotions into something that we can share with those who we care about.
Since 2017 I have a wee shop in Lochcarron where I sell my handmade items.
Besides crafting, I also like walking and enjoying our stunning and ever changing scenery and wildlife. I never go out on my own – I always have my camera with me and I just snap away.
Shipping policy
Items are dispatched so customers in the UK should receive their order in 3 - 5 days. For international buyers it will take at least 6 -10 days, possibly longer. Shipping costs are per order with this seller. NB. This seller's items are not available for shipping to Europe.
