Fossil Fish Sculpture

Fossil fish made out of steel, which is rusted and then lacquered. Mounted on stem with hardwood base. Could also be made with wall fixing. Hand cut and welded using cutting equipment and every piece is unique with some amazing colours and surface textures being developed from the heat treatment used. Each piece, unless it is stainless steel, is then lacquered to lock in the surface patina and gives a durable protective finish.
