Hi, I'm Sandie, I created Candles from the Croft—a brand born from heritage, sustainability, and a deep love for home in the Highlands. What started as a spark of creativity quickly turned into a business inspired by our family Croft of 5 generations. We now ship our luxury based sustainable products all over the world.

At the centre of the brand is a commitment to creating beautiful, long-lasting products that bring a sense of place into people’s homes. Every product is inspired by home in the Highlands—wild heather, sea air, Myrtle filled hills, and woodland walks—capturing the essence of Scotland in scent. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and safety, especially for homes with pets, Candles from the Croft products are hand made with care, quality, and a respect for the environment.

With Fergie being my right arm I just knew he had to be the centre of it and he now stands, or sits, proud on every product with the logo featuring him, my gorgeous black Labrador and constant companion. His presence reflects the authenticity and warmth at the heart of the business.

Since launching, I’ve been extremely lucky to be recognised as an inspiring young entrepreneur with key matters at the front of what our products offer. Achievements include winning multiple awards and these accolades mark not only business success but also the resilience it takes to thrive in a fragile, rural location.

Every product sold carries with it a story—of community, tradition, and the spirit of the Highlands—that resonates far beyond Scotland.

Being a maker is more than just making products to me. I want to share stories about crofting and agriculture while offering a product that utilises the land and adds to it for future generations.

Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days and sent via courier or International shipping partner for orders outside the UK. Shipping fees are per order with this maker.
