Lilac Oversized Scatter Cushion

A statement piece of soft furnishing in lilac, grey, and forest green coloured yarns inspired by the bog grasses, heather and stones of the land.
This oversized scatter cushion has a cover fully lined in cotton fabric, an exposed matching zipper fastening, and corner tassels.

The outer cushion measuring 55 cm square is constructed from both woven and knitted panels from green 100% wool, lilac mohair, and acrylic yarns. The cushion cover has a textured surface provided by different weaving styles including overshot. All the woven aspects of the cover were made on a rigid heddle loom.

To give the cushion its plump appearance there are two polyester pads within which comply to BS5852 safety standards part 2. Care should be taken as with all soft furnishings near heat sources such as fires and candles. To care for your cushion, plump up to maintain feel. Cushion pads can be sponged cleaned if needed. The cushion cover can be washed by hand in tepid water and laid flat to dry.
