Strathmore Beanie Blue


This hand knitted beanie in beautiful Shetland wool will keep you cosy in the harshest of weather. Named after a local farm, this design, meaning ‘big valley’ in the Gaelic, represents the lower expanse of fields and meadows in the Howe o’ Cromar – a place where the Tarland burn meanders and the wild flowers and crops are in abundance – and the design features a flower design and peerie patterns based on traditional Fair Isle motifs.

Size/dimensions: Circumference approx. 52 cm – fits head up to approx. 62 cm Brim- crown approx. 23 cm.

The jumper I bought is absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail is wonderful and it is beautifully made.Wonderful colours, lovely pattern...I am so pleased with it. Communication prior to delivery was excellent and the delivery was really efficient. The jumper is lovely and it is excellent value.
