This triangular shaped hand knitted scarf is made using Shilisdair yarn which is dyed on the Isle of Skye, “by combining plant dyes with our own spring water we are continuing an ancient Scottish craft”.* The yarn is a blend of 70% Blueface Leicester and 30% Shetland, this blend is softer than pure Shetland. Lovely to wrap against the chilly wind or layer to add colour and texture. The pattern has a central column fanning out into a more detailed diamond lace effect along the side borders.
