The gemstone Mariam Jasper (sometimes referred to as Script Stone or Calligraphers Stone) comes from the Himalayan Mountains of India where tiny fragments of sea grasses and shells were compressed under immense heat and pressure and turned to stone. One of the amazing things about geology and gemstones is their story!

Finished with gold-plated Celtic knotwork ear posts, they may not be large – but these ‘one of a kind’ earrings certainly make a statement.

They come to you wrapped in tissue in a pretty organza bag along with information about the gemstone and tips on caring for your gemstone jewellery.
