Handcrafted Silver Ammonite Stud Earrings

These cute ammonite stud earrings were inspired by the maker’s love of spirals, and her passion for geology. They began as silver clay which has been moulded, shaped and sanded before being fired. In the kiln, the binder is burnt away to reveal the 925 sterling silver. They were then given a patina to enhance the texture and pattern. They proudly bear the maker’s mark as part of the hallmark from Edinburgh Assay Office. Finished with sterling silver scroll back ear studs.
