With a touch of the fey, contrasting deep purple amethyst with soft pink moonstone, these earrings were inspired by the maker’s island home and its associations with the fairy folk – the daoine sìth.

The Gaelic language, culture, religion, and oral traditions of the Scottish Highlands have ensured a rich heritage of stories and legends that tell of the daoine sìth. Some of the wee folk are thought to be kind and helpful, but others are known for their mischief-making!
